Responsibilities:

• Register, analyze, and process incoming chargebacks in accordance with the rules and requirements established by international payment systems (VISA/MasterCard)
• Communicate and cooperate with merchants regarding received chargebacks
• Monitor and ensure internal procedures comply with the rules and regulations of international payment systems
• Provide advisory support to other departments on chargeback-related matters

Requirements:

• Higher education in banking, economics, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 1+ year of relevant experience in chargebacks, disputes, or payment operations
• Knowledge of international payment system regulations (e.g., VISA/MasterCard) is an advantage
• Experience handling card transaction disputes is a plus
• Excellent skills in English, good in Russian and Latvian
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, analytical thinking and punctuality

Salary Range: 1800- 2300 EUR Gross/month
