Senior Technical Support & Integration Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries and support requests across multiple communication channels
- Address internal tasks and issues via our Jira ticketing system
- Provide consultations and support on the platform’s functionality to both clients and colleagues
- Collaborate with payment providers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Investigate and understand the technical interaction between system components to identify and resolve issues
- Assist colleagues across departments in onboarding new clients and integrating them into our system
- Manage the full lifecycle of merchants' technical integrations - from initial launch to post-production support
- Facilitate and coordinate merchants’ requests for new features or payment methods by acting as the bridge between merchants and internal product and business teams
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Technical Support, preferably in a B2B environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Russian, with a good knowledge of Latvian
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to work independently and apply logical thinking
- Good stress-resistance and ability to meet set deadlines
- Able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Willing to learn and develop in a dynamic environment
Good to have:
- Background in Fintech, Banking or a similar industry
- Experience with such working tools, as Jira and Confluence
- Experience with log management software, like Kibana
- Experience with supporting web services & API’s
- Experience with Postman or similar software

Salary Range: 1750 - 2350 EUR Gross/month
