Responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution of payments for both client and corporate transactions in compliance with regulatory and operational standards
• Document and update payment details across all systems and databases
• Retrieve and analyse payment orders and account statements
• Execute foreign exchange making sure transactions are processed correctly
• Coordinate with banks for payment processing
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues of different complexity and provide timely information to relevant stakeholders
  
  Requirements

• Experience with processing payments across multiple currencies and banks
• Proficiency in Excel
• Good knowledge of English, Latvian and Russian
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, accuracy
• Ability to stress-resistance, multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with payment systems, financial regulations, and compliance standards is desirable

Salary Range: 2000 - 2200 EUR Gross/month
