Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in HR system, spreadsheets, and other systems
• Perform quality checks to identify and correct discrepancies in datasets
• Validate, cleanse, and standardize data to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Work closely with different teams to ensure proper data management and reporting
• Generate and update reports, generate data summaries for analysis
• Follow company data privacy and security policies
• Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and workflow efficiency
• Perform routine audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with company standards
• Prepare and manage employment contracts and other HR documentation
• Assist in payroll preparation by collecting necessary employee data           

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent oral and written knowledge of English, Latvian and Russian
• Experience working with HiBob, Confluence and Jira is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior experience in data quality assurance or data analysis
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices

  Salary Range: 1500 - 2400 EUR Gross/month
