We’re seeking a creative, dynamic middleweight designer to bring our new brand to life. If you're passionate about design and innovation, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

What you’ll do

As a middleweight designer, you'll work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that resonate, visuals, and presentations. You’ll contribute to a wide range of projects, from brand strategy and visual identity systems to animations and marketing materials.

You'll develop designs for presentations, banners, brochures, and landing pages, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams, offer creative solutions, and manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Key responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials (presentations, banners, brochures, emails, landing pages)
• Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
• Collaborate with teams to enhance design concepts and incorporate feedback
• Prepare designs for production, including print files
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines

What we’re looking for:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your creative flair and attention to detail
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and/or Adobe Premiere
• Skill in 3D Package Cinema 4D or Blender
• Solid understanding of design principles: typography, colour theory, layout, and composition
• Ability to adapt style to fit project tones and business needs
• Experience in a fast-paced marketing or agency environment
• A team player who thrives on collaboration and feedback
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
