Responsibilities

• Provide daily merchant support by promptly responding to their enquiries
• Take on service merchants after digital onboarding process
• Maintain merchants’ contact and document database and make request/update once any discrepancy is detected
• Analyse merchants’ transaction flow and provide recommendations on improving the operational capacity of merchants’ turnover
• Make upsales to merchants, based on their business specification
  
  

Requirements

• Degree or student in Business Administration, Economics or IT
• Previous experience in client support/financial/fintech industry would be considered as an advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Russian, as well as good knowledge of Latvian
• High communication and problem-solving skills
• Good stress-resistance and ability to meet set deadlines
• Willing to learn and develop in dynamic environment
