Responsibilities

• Maintain office and IT infrastructure (network, software components etc.), information security, as well as the employees’ activities in virtual environment/equipment
• Manage the licences, servicing according to the warranty, concluded service agreements, etc.
• Regulate and elaborate internal normative documents regarding IT and IS matters
• Cooperate matters with the suppliers; evaluate the pricing and service quality; coordinate budget planning
• Provide reporting on office and computer equipment as well as to make respective improvements
• Conduct activities aimed at preventing malware, harmful programmes; suggest proposals to the Direct Supervisor for IT division
• Consult the employees, users and customers on IS security related matters

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as system administrator or IT helpdesk technician
• Expertise in operating systems, networks, and cloud services
• Certifications is advantage (Microsoft, Linux and others)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is preferrable
• Proficiency in English
• Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical users
