Responsibilities

• Organize, promote and conduct assessment activities (assessment centres, 360-degree evaluations, testing, etc.)

• Craft and teach on the competency models in line with the new mission, vision, and value system; develop a skill mapping of hard competencies

• Carry out the reports to direct supervisor and the management team

• Assist in preparing presentation materials about staff assessment and development

• Provide proposals and develop programs on qualification improvement and career growth

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in HR or related fields, with a solid understanding of Learning & Development Processes

• Knowledge of personnel assessment methodologies

• Experience in designing and implementing assessment procedures and tools

• Previous experience in MS Office, Confluence, Jira, Outlook, etc. is a plus

• Excellent knowledge of English and Russian, preferably Latvian

• Ability to work with large volumes of data and prepare analytical reports

• Strong public speaking skills
