Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all stages of the accounting cycle, including account reconciliations, journal entry creation, accounts payable and receivable
• Enter information into accounting program, data processing, control
• Maintain accuracy of general, revenue, and expense ledgers
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Conduct and coordinate financial audits periodically for internal and external requirements

Requirements

• +4 years proven experience of full cycle bookkeeping, experience of organizing reconciliation process, experience with 1C8 software will be considered as advantage
• Accuracy, attentiveness, high sense of responsibility, punctuality
• Ability to work dynamically while processing data from multiple sources
• Interpersonal skills and readiness to cooperate with colleagues
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Good knowledge of English and Latvian, preferably Russian
